Send an email message to all Executive Members

Click Create Email to email all members; this will produce an email message using your default email client, with all addresses put as blind copies by default. You can then add your own attachments message etc

It will also  produce a list of any people who do not have email addresses

You may chose to have the distribution as to, cc or bcc.  Unless you have a good reason I would recommend using bcc as this  prevents addresses being misused on any virus/worm infected machine
