Association Officer Vacancies

 
 

         

The Cheshire Hockey Association has vacancies for a Treasurer, Secretary and two Club representatives for the 2007/08 season - please get in touch if you’d like to contribute to the work of the Association. We meet 6 times a season plus the AGM in May.

The main areas of contribution are:

Treasurer – collecting affiliation fees, making authorised payments, presenting a brief financial report at CHA meetings, keeping the books in good order, arranging an annual audit

 Secretary – receiving and responding to correspondence, preparing and distributing standard agendas, minuting meetings, drawing up the annual Handbook,    attending CHA meetings

 Club representatives – to bring the views of Clubs to CHA meetings, assist other Officers where necessary eg in the preparation of the Handbook, etc
